Our history
Tranent FC were previously Tranent Juniors FC, formed in 1911.
Home was, and still is, Foresters park, in the East Lothian town of Tranent
The clubs greatest honour was winning the Scottish Junior Cup in 1934–35, defeating Petershill 6–1 at Ibrox Park in front of a crowd of 22,000. This remains the joint record margin of victory in a Junior Cup final. The club were also runners-up to Yoker Athletic in the 1932–33 final after a replay
Many times winners of the East of Scotland and junior leagues and cups over the years, the club joined the East of Scotland League in 2018-2019, and were promoted as Premier League Champions to the Scottish Lowland League for season 2022-2023
